Westbury Care, Bristol

Westbury Care is an old peoples home located in Clifton, Bristol. Aztech Building Services Ltd won a competitive tender to build an extension to the undercroft car park and convert this area into new luxury bedrooms. In conjunction with this we built a large conservatory on an existing terrace area, which also solved a potential problem for the location of a disabled lift needed to gain access to the undercroft rooms.

The project consisted of temporary works, groundworks, drainage, structural steel, new brick facade including windows and doors, mechanical & electrical installation, drylining, ceilings, plastering, new ensuites, new disabled lift, all associated finishes and external landscaping etc.

The project was delivered on time, within budget, safely, and with no outstanding technical issues. No work was required at the end of the 12 month defects liability period, and we are looking at furture projects with the client.
