AT AZTECH

NEIL JENKINS

DIRECTOR

Neil's long ambition was realised when he co-founded Aztech Building Services. This achievement is built on the back of 12 years experience working with leading building services companies in the South West.

GAVIN COLLINGS

DIRECTOR

Gavin joined Aztech in 2004 from one of the largest international building contractors in the UK. Gavin has a BSc (Hons) in construction management, is IOSH qualified, and has worked in the building industry since 1998.

SIMON STONE

CONTRACTS MANAGER, AZTECH FLOORS AND WALLS

Simon joined the building services team in 2014 where he rapidly developed his career working in various departments within the company. Today he leads the company’s flooring capability as the contracts manager responsible for all aspects of service delivery, supplier management and customer engagement.

SIMON ROBERTS

SURVEYOR

Simon joined the company’s surveying team in February 2015 following a successful career in civil engineering and housing development working for national house builders and regional contractors within the South West. He holds a BSC (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from UWE Bristol, an HNC in Building Studies and is SMSTS accredited under CITB’S Site Management Safety Training Scheme.

ALEX MUSCAT

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Alex joined the team to build and develop the Maintenance Department. He has a wealth of experience in building maintenance including plumbing, electrical and locksmithing.

Alex worked within the Housing sector for more than 8 years, managing a Maintenance Department for a Housing Association.

Heading up the Maintenance department, Alex is responsible for all aspects of service delivery and customer relations, ensuring that both the client and the end user are happy and satisfied.

LUKE RICHARDS

SURVEYOR

Luke joined the team in 2020 as a surveyor and has a wealth of knowledge of the utility sector working on capital infrastructure projects for the past 19 years.

He recently completed the SMSTS accreditation under the CITB’s site management safety training scheme and will add great value to the team with his qualifications in electrical engineering and vast experience in health and safety procedures.

ADAM O'DRISCOLL

SURVEYOR

Adam joined Aztech Building Services in 2010 and has 15 years experience in the construction industry working on projects up to £12m.
